Eggplant Oil Tofu

Prepare eggplant and oily tofu.
2.
Dice the eggplant, cut the oily tofu in half, and chop the chili.
3.
Put the sliced eggplant into the water to remove the astringency.
4.
Add the diced eggplants in a hot pan with hot oil and stir well.
5.
Stir fry.
6.
Add chili and oily tofu.
7.
Add salt to taste.
8.
Stir-fry the eggplant.
9.
Reconcile MSG and stir well.
10.
Turn off the heat, drizzle with oyster sauce and stir well.
11.
Fried eggplant oil tofu.
