Eight Treasure Congee
1.
All materials are ready
2.
Put them together, wash them with clean water twice, and soak them in clean water overnight.
3.
In the next morning, put in a pressure cooker, add a proper amount of water, and cook for 18-20 minutes after the pressure is applied. After the pressure is relieved, open the lid of the pressure cooker, add rock sugar, open the lid and cook for about 5 minutes, until the rock sugar melts and it can be out of the pot.
Tips:
If you have glutinous rice or millet, you can also put it. It is best to put rock sugar later when you encounter various beans such as red beans. Firstly, it tends to stick to the pot, and secondly, the beans are not easy to be cooked.
