Eight Treasure Rice

1. Soak the glutinous rice with water one day in advance, with more water, so that the water will not be enough after the rice is soaked.

3. While the steamed rice is hot, add sugar and butter and mix well.

4. Soak the lotus seeds in advance

11. Surround the sides with sliced oranges, pour the eight-treasure rice onto the top and serve

Tips:

The bowl must be clean and water-free, and must be brushed with a layer of oil, so that it will not stick and it is easy to pour out a complete eight-treasure rice
