Eight Treasure Rice

Soak glutinous rice and lotus seeds one night in advance

Drain the water after it's done

Steamed in the pot

Wash the red dates, cut them into small pieces, and place them (oil in the bowl, but I didn’t brush it, because the meat is usually steamed and it’s not sticky anymore)

Put a candied date in the middle and put raisins, as shown in the picture

Take out the steamed glutinous rice, put it in the cooking oil (the lard was supposed to be used, but my mother-in-law can’t eat it, so I used salad oil), mix well with sugar

Use a spoon to scoop it into the bowl, lightly press it,

Spread a layer of red bean paste when it reaches two-thirds

And then spread glutinous rice

Tips:
1. Glutinous rice and lotus seeds must be soaked in a bowl in advance
2. It can be mixed evenly with lard to make it more fragrant and moisturizing
