Eight Treasure Rice

Rinse the glutinous rice and soak for 3-4 hours. Soak the rice with water 3cm higher than the rice and steam it in a pot for 20 minutes.

Wash the jujube, soak it, and steam it (steamed with glutinous rice), steam it, add honey and mix well overnight, the candied dates are ready.

Wash the lotus seeds and steam them with sugar.

Stir in the steamed glutinous rice with sugar.

Take 4 large bowls with relatively flat bottoms, one layer of nuts and one layer of rice, and pour some juice.
