Eight Treasure Rice

All raw materials are ready.

Wash the barley first and soak for 2 hours.

Wash the lotus seeds.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak in water for 2 hours.

Put the barley and lotus seeds in a pot and steam for 30 minutes

Put the glutinous rice in a pot and steam for 30 minutes.

Steamed glutinous rice.

Put the sugar on the glutinous rice and stir evenly.

The steamed barley is drained of water.

The lotus seeds are drained of water.

Wash the red dates, remove the pit, and cut into petals.

The grapes are dry cleaned, the longan is peeled, and the fruit peel is cut into half-centimeter thick slices.

Place the red dates, lotus seeds, raisins, longan meat, and fruit peel in the bottom of the bowl.

Put in the barley.

Pour half of the glutinous rice.

Flatten with a spoon.

Put in a layer of lotus seeds.

Add walnut kernels.

Put another layer of glutinous rice, flatten and compact with a spoon.
20.
Steam in the pot for 20 minutes.

Snap it out and enjoy it.
