Eight Treasure Rice

Wash 200 grams of glutinous rice, put it in a pot and steam it until cooked. I put it in a pressure cooker and steamed it for 10 minutes.

Prepare the dried fruit that you need, soak the lotus seeds in advance, remove the lotus core after the soaking is done, cut the red dates in half, and remove the date cores.

Take a little melted butter, spread around the bottom of the bowl and spread the oil for easy demoulding

Tips:
If you can't finish it, you can put it in the refrigerator for a short time. For a long time, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, steam it again.
