Ejiao Cake

Preparation materials: Cut donkey-hide gelatin cake into pellets, and use a knife to slice and remove the red dates.

Stir-fry the walnuts over a low heat (it is cooked if they are crisper)

Stir-fry the black sesame seeds with a low fire (the smell is cooked)

Pour the rice wine and rock sugar into the pot on medium heat, stir with a spatula until the rock sugar dissolves.

Pour in the chopped donkey glue over medium heat until it dissolves.

When donkey-hide glue forms a triangle along the spatula, proceed to the next step

Put the goji berries and raisins on a low heat, mix well for 30 seconds, and proceed to the next step.

Put the walnuts in a low heat and stir evenly, then proceed to the next step.

Put the red dates in low heat and stir evenly, then proceed to the next step.

Finally, put the sesame seeds in a low heat, stir well and turn off the heat.

Spread a layer of plastic wrap inside the container, and brush a layer of cooking oil on the plastic wrap (to prevent sticking). Pour the evenly stirred donkey-hide gelatin cake into a container, pat it to form, seal it and put it in the refrigerator for 12 hours, then remove it and cut it into cubes for easy consumption. Tips:
The sesame must be fried first, otherwise it will be as flavorless as eating sand. Remember to put the sesame seeds last.
