Ejiao Solid Ointment

Break the Ejiao through the packaging or into a powder, soak it in yellow wine for 3 days (if Ejiao is ground into powder and then soak it only takes half a day) Put the soaked Ejiao into the pot together with the container and heat over the water. Stir until the donkey-hide gelatin is completely melted into a liquid, add the crushed rock sugar, the more broken the rock sugar, the easier it will melt, while cooking, keep stirring to melt all the rock sugar

Pour the ingredients from fine to coarse into the rock sugar donkey-hide gelatin paste, each time the same ingredient is poured in and stir well, then pour in the next ingredient. Pour in all the ingredients in turn, stir continuously and cook for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Cover the container with greased paper, pour the mixed Ejiao paste, compact it, and let it cool thoroughly

Put it in the refrigerator and freeze until it is not soft to the touch. Pour out and tear off the oily paper.

Cut into pieces of about 10 grams

Put it in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator, one piece in the morning and one piece in the evening
