Ejiao Stewed Lean Meat

Cut the lean meat into appropriate size pieces, and cut two slices of ginger for later use;

Lean meat and ginger slices in a pot under cold water, blanch the blood, rinse and drain;

Ejiao is divided into two, equal amount;

Wash the red dates and remove the pits, and rinse the dried longan meat with water;

Put the same amount of lean meat and ginger into the two stew pots
6.
Put donkey-hide gelatin;
7.
Add red dates and longan, and pour boiling water, about eight or nine minutes full; close the lid, follow the instructions of the electronic stew pot and add boiling water to the periphery;
8.
Stew it for 2.5-3 hours. You can add salt according to your preference. I don’t add salt to it, and I think it tastes good!
