Electric Baking Pan One Ham Heart-shaped Poached Egg

Prepare 2 ham sausages and 4 quail eggs (I originally used 2 eggs but found that they were not enough)

Leave the top part of the ham sausage, and divide the remaining part into two.

Turn the top of the ham into a heart shape and fix it with a toothpick.

Preheat the electric baking pan and brush the oil.

According to the autonomous mode, put the heart-shaped ham into the electric baking pan.

Beat one quail egg. (I found that there was less protein, so I beat 2 quail eggs and poured the egg whites into the ham.

The excess egg yolk is also fried in the pan. The electric baking pan can be covered for a few seconds.

Remove the toothpicks, put the heart-shaped egg on the plate, and shred the egg yolk on the plate.
Tips:
1. Quail eggs don’t need to be fried for a long time. I fry them while taking pictures.
2. Heart-shaped ham can also put an egg, scoop out some egg whites, if it is too full, it will be beautiful when it is fried^.^
3. If the heart-shaped ham is too difficult to roll and breaks, the ham can be fried in a pan until soft, slowly reverse the heart-shaped shape and fix it with toothpicks.
4. There is no electric baking pan, you can use a frying pan.
