Electric Pressure Cooker Cake
1.
The electric pressure cooker I use does not have an oven
2.
Separate the egg whites, beat the egg whites, and add two spoons of sugar during the beaten process. The electric egg beater I use is effortless, and there is no picture of the process.
3.
The egg yolk is beaten with a manual whisk, the flour, milk, and baking powder are added to the egg yolk. Stir well. Then I added the whipped egg whites. I added them three times and crossed them and mixed them evenly. Then preheat the electric pressure cooker, brush the vegetable oil in the pan, and pour it in. Press the cake button. Wait 45 minutes.
