Elm Money Pancakes
1.
The elm money picked from the elm tree in my hometown, Murakami, is fresh and natural.
2.
Add the washed elm money to flour, water, and salt, mix and knead it into a dry dough with the same dryness and wetness as the steamed bun, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a thin cake.
3.
Put a little sesame oil on the pan and fry it until it is browned on both sides. It tastes fragrant and crispy, don't put other ingredients, so the original taste is the best.
