Emerald Bacon

Prepare the ingredients.

Wash and slice the bitter gourd.

Slice bacon, shred ginger and garlic.

Heat the oil in a pot, add the bacon, and stir-fry until the oil is obtained.

Set aside the bacon, sauté ginger and garlic.
