Emerald Green---delicious Watermelon Skin Kimchi

Wash the watermelon skin, peel and cut into strips.

Put boiling water into the pot and cook for about 20 seconds.

Tips:
1. The rice wine is added because the chili made by my younger brother and sister’s mother is added with white wine, which is very fragrant.
2. The chili sauce was made by my aunt. It is very delicious. Ask her for advice another day and tell everyone:) You can use pickled peppers instead.
