Empty Fried Bean Paste Spring Rolls
1.
Preparation materials: spring roll wrappers, red bean paste, oil, wet starch
2.
Take a piece of spring roll wrapper, put the bean paste filling on the lower part of the spring roll wrapper, and size the bean paste filling to the required length and width
3.
Scroll up from the bottom
4.
When you roll, your hands should be light, otherwise the red bean paste will squeeze out the two ends of the spring roll wrapper
5.
After rolling the filling, fold the spring roll wrappers on the left and right sides to the middle to seal the openings at both ends
6.
Continue to roll until about one centimeter left
7.
Finally, put some wet starch on the seal, and seal and wrap it into a raw spring roll
8.
Pack all in order
9.
Air fryer 200 degrees, preheat for 5 minutes
10.
Brush the surface of the spring rolls with a thin layer of oil
11.
Put the raw spring rolls into the frying basket of the air fryer
12.
Push the frying basket into the air fryer, set the temperature to 200 degrees, and the time to set 10 minutes
13.
After heating for five minutes, take out the frying basket, turn the spring rolls over, apply a layer of oil and continue heating for five minutes. Take it out after the frying time is over
Tips:
1. The spring rolls should be spread flat in the basket, try not to stack them.
2. Like to eat crispy and older spring rolls, you can extend the heating time appropriately.
