Enoki Mushroom

1. Cut off the old roots of the enoki mushrooms, and rinse them off repeatedly.

2. Add appropriate amount of water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Put the enoki mushrooms in the blanching water, and quickly remove the water to drain.

3. Serve first into the plate.

4. Take another clean bowl and add 2 spoons of June fresh soy sauce.
