Enoki Mushroom

Cut off a part of the root of the enoki mushroom and wash it.

Pour the juice into a bowl and put it in the refrigerator for later use

Boil water in a pot, add enoki mushrooms and blanch them.

Pick up and drain, and rinse with water
5.
Pour the juice, add the red and green chilies, mix well, and marinate for a while.

Zhenxuan Lao Juice tastes better after putting it in the refrigerator
