I don’t know if it’s because of my old age. Now I often recall things from my childhood.
As the Spring Festival approaches, these thoughts become more uncontrollable.
Although the living conditions were not good when I was young, the taste of Chinese New Year was only a strong one.
I was very happy to eat anything at that time.
Remember that every new year is approaching, parents will fry some noodles and save them for us to eat when we are hungry during the Spring Festival.
Today I have time to ponder this ring. It looks similar, but I don’t remember if it tasted like a child.
The finished product is not particularly crispy, and it feels somewhat similar to the texture of twist.
When I was undergoing plastic surgery, I remembered that it would be more delicious if I put some sesame seeds.
If you have time, it is good to keep the fried food as a snack during the Spring Festival.

Exploring The Taste of The Year---fried Ring

1. Just knead all the ingredients and let stand for more than 30 minutes.

2. Roll it out into a large rectangular piece

3. Use a scraper to divide it as evenly as possible

4. Take two of them and cut them from the middle with a scraper without cutting the ends.

5. Fold the two pieces up and down, then pass one end through the opening to arrange the shape.

6. Do it all.

7. After heating the pot, pour an appropriate amount of peanut oil. After the oil temperature is reached, put some dough into a small fire and slowly fry it.

8. Fry until golden brown and just out of the pan.

Tips:

1. The dough is not easy to roll out at once. Stop it for a while during the rolling process, let it relax, and it will be easy to roll out. Try to roll it evenly.
2. During the frying process, be sure to fry slowly with a small fire. Turn over frequently with chopsticks in the meantime.
3. The best way to test the oil temperature is to judge that it is almost the same and throw the other one first. Add a few more and fry slowly.
