Face Tow Crab

Prepare the ingredients (shred ginger, cut green onions, remove the gills and feet of the hairy crab)

Add a little salt, shredded ginger, a little green onion to the hairy crab, and a spoonful of cooking wine (I use white wine instead of cooking wine at home) and marinate for 10 minutes

Mix flour, a small amount of starch, salt, five-spice powder, fried chicken powder and water to make a paste. Drain the marinated hairy crab slightly and put it in the prepared paste.

Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up, add the battered hairy crab

Fry until golden, remove the oil control

Pour out the oil from the pot and add the fried hairy crab

A spoonful of starch, a little flour, a little salt, five-spice powder and water to make a thinner paste, pour it into the pot

Collect the juice, and finally add the remaining green onions, and you can get out of the pot.
Tips:
The paste of the hairy crab is more floury and less starchy. The paste behind should be made thinner.
