Stir the matcha powder, glutinous rice flour, and white sugar.

Add 130 ml of warm water and stir to form a glutinous rice paste.

Take a container, apply a layer of oil, and pour the glutinous rice paste into the container.

Put the glutinous rice paste in a steamer, cover with a cloth to prevent water vapor from dripping, and steam on a medium-to-low heat for 30 minutes.
