Family Edition Braised Pork

Cut the pork belly into cubes.

Pork belly in a pan under cold water and bring to a boil.

After the water is boiled, remove the meat, wash it with water and put it on the plate for later use.

All the scallions, ginger, garlic and other ingredients are ready.

Put oil in the pan, put the pork belly in the medium-low heat and stir fry until the surface of the pork is slightly yellow.

Then add green onion, ginger, garlic, chili, bay leaves, cinnamon, and stir fry for a fragrance.

Add cooking wine and soy sauce to taste, and put more soy sauce.

Add boiling water, the water should be higher than the pork, and bring to a boil.
