The mung bean cake I ate when I was young was dark green, and it was so sweet that I couldn't eat a piece of mung bean cake and it would be greasy. Only after I made it, I knew that peeled mung beans should be yellow, and how sweet they should be according to their own taste. The home version made by myself is green and natural without additives. It is delicious and rest assured.
