Family Edition Tender Niu Wufang

Cut beef tenderloin into strips, add black pepper (add more if you like), apple peel, and half a tablespoon of red wine to marinate for 15 minutes

Pick out the apple peel. Hot oily stir fry and change color (the beef I bought is very tender, so make it like this. If you are not buying tenderloin, then you have to use meat tenderizer, or your own set of meat tenderizing methods)

Stir-fry the mushrooms in the bottom oil, slightly soften, pour the beef, and stir-fry until the beef is cooked to your liking.

1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 3 teaspoons of starch, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, a little water and stir well

Pour into the beef and stir fry evenly

Divide the dough into ingredients and make dough (for the method, refer to my bun and rolls). Don't put oil in the pan, heat it on a low heat, put the top cake, don't turn over, take it out if it is slightly hard

Wrap lettuce and meat into a pentagonal shape, seal with some water (a little bit will do), and place it on the pan with the mouth down

When the mouth becomes stiff, both sides of the road are cooked.

Tips:
1. The marinating time should not be too long, 15 minutes is enough, otherwise it will be too old
2. Don't make the frying time too long, the gravy is too much and the taste is very old, so it should be fried
3. If you really buy beef, such as tenderloin and steak, you don't need any method to make it tender, because it is very delicious. If you use starch or the like, it will completely destroy the fiber and taste of the meat.
