Family Health Braised Pork

Cut fresh pork belly into pieces for later use

Soak the pork belly in clean water for more than 10 minutes, remove the blood, and rinse. (Add a few peppers to the soaking water to remove the meaty smell)

Put a little oil in the pot, add a few crystal sugar, and boil the sugar color over medium heat.

Tips:
Don't put too much soy sauce in the braised soy sauce, as the meat will become darker in the end.
