Fancy Gnocchi

Prepare the materials

Add some salt to the glutinous rice flour and mix well

Dissolve with boiling water and appropriate amount of powdered sugar

Put a small spoonful of fruit powder of different colors into the four small plates, blue and yellow together become green! Pour proper amount of boiling water to dissolve

Add appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour and knead into different colored doughs

The remaining glutinous rice flour is slowly added with sugar and boiling water to knead into a white dough. Divide into small balls according to the size you like, and divide the filling into several small balls for use.

Tips:
1. The pigment can be replaced with various vegetable juices, which is healthier.
2. The color can be used freely, and the stamp should be darker to be obvious when it is cooked.
3. Add a little salt to the glutinous rice flour and hot noodles to make the dough more flexible
4. The fillings are free, if you want to pack them well, you can refrigerate them for a harder and better shape
