Fancy Lemon Cookies

First mix the Xiangxue cake flour and almond flour through a sieve.

Pour milk and caster sugar into the milk pan, and heat it on low heat until the mash is boiled.

After the butter has softened, beat it until white.

Add the sugar water several times until it is smooth and shiny.

Pour the flour.

Mix well, and remember not to over-mix and cause batter to become gluten.

I use a fancy cookie gun to make patterns. After choosing the right pattern, I put it in the batter.

Extrude the pattern in a suitable baking tray, and preheat the oven at 170 degrees.
