Fancy Marinated Egg

Wash the eggs and place them at room temperature for 30 minutes, boil a pot of water, add the eggs to the boil, boil for 6 minutes on high heat, then immediately remove them and put them in cold water. After cooling, peel off the egg slices for later use.

Use a knife to carve the leaves of rapeseed into English letters or other favorite characters. Choose thick and old coriander leaves. Remove the stem and leave only the upper leaves.
Paste the cut letters on the peeled egg, then wrap it tightly with gauze and tie it tightly with a thin thread

Boil the brine to room temperature, put the eggs wrapped in gauze, and put them in the refrigerator to soak for 12 hours.
Scoop out the egg, remove the gauze and the vegetable leaves on it, you can see the text on the part that is hidden by the leaves
