Put milk, eggs, sugar, salt, and salad oil into the bread machine. Put the sifted flour into the bread machine. Dig a nest on the flour and add yeast powder. Set the kneading program. The kneaded dough will come out with a mask. If the room temperature is high, put it directly in the bread bucket. Cover the fermentation and ferment with plastic wrap inside to double the size of the dough

Divide 30 grams into equal parts according to your preference

Roll out into a pie, don't pack it too thinly into the filling and seal it

Put the oven in the second fermentation. I set the fermentation temperature to 45 degrees for 40 minutes.

After the fermentation is completed, set the upper and lower fire temperature of the oven to 160 degrees for 20 minutes
