Fancy Toast Bread

Put the milk, egg, sugar and salt into the bread maker and mix it with the sifted flour. Set the kneading program until the gluten is pulled out of the film and placed in the container to seal and ferment twice

Fermented dough

Roll out into a thick dough about one centimeter

Animal butter softens well

Fold it into two parts

Put it on the chopping board and cut the upper part three times each

Braid

Place them in the bread machine one by one to set up fermentation

At the end of fermentation, set the bread machine and bake for about 38 minutes
Tips:
I don’t like to eat bread with a hard shell. The bread bucket is wrapped in tin foil.
