Farmer's Bread

Mix the ingredients of part A into a uniform dough, cover and leave for 1-2 hours

Put all the ingredients into the bread machine and mix into a uniform dough (the effect is shown in the figure)

The dough completes the first fermentation in the bread machine (the volume is about 1.5 times larger)
4.
Divide the dough into three parts and shape it into a drop shape

Put the dough in the oven to ferment to 2 times its size, take out the dough, and preheat the oven (upper 215/lower 210)
6.
Sprinkle flour on the surface of the dough
7.
When the oven is preheated, use a sharp knife to make a cut on the surface of the bread
8.
Put the bread in the oven and bake until it is cooked through (reference time 15-20 minutes)
9.
Take out the cooked bread and let it cool
Tips:
Replace the flour sprinkled on the surface of the bread with corn flour (not corn starch) for better results
