Farmhouse Fried Pork

Sliced pork belly and lean pork.

Remove the green pepper and cut into diagonal slices, cut the small red hot pepper into small circles, and slice garlic.

Add a small amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt and starch to the lean pork slices and marinate for five minutes.

The pork belly is fried in a pan, my pan is not sticky, so there is no oil in it, you can also put a little oil in it.

Fry the pork belly to get the oil and when the pork slices turn slightly yellow, add the green pepper, red pepper rings and garlic slices, add salt, and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add the marinated lean meat, add a small amount of dark soy sauce, stir-fry for 1 minute, sprinkle with pepper, turn slightly to get out.
Tips:
People who can’t eat spicy food can replace hot peppers with green peppers. Don’t put small red hot peppers. It’s so spicy.
