Farmhouse Fried Pork
1.
Use a knife to scrape the skin of the pork belly several times, rinse it under running water, drain, and cut into long slices
2.
Wash the green and red peppers and dry them in water, then cut into strips
3.
Chop the bean paste and tempeh together
4.
Put a little oil after the pan is hot. After the onion and ginger are sautéed, put the meat slices in the pan and stir-fry to get the oil out. Cook a little rice wine to remove the fishy smell during the stir-frying process
5.
Then put the meat in the saucepan, leave the oil in the pot, add the bean paste and tempeh, and stir until fragrant.
6.
Pour the previously filled meat slices back into the pot and stir-fry until the meat slices are rolled and slightly burnt
7.
Pour the green and red pepper and stir fry quickly for 1, 2 minutes
8.
Add oyster sauce, sugar and chicken essence to taste and serve
Tips:
1. Choose pork belly to make this dish, the taste is better
2. Increase or decrease the amount of chili as you like
3. Add tempeh if you don’t have it, add a little bit more fragrant
4. Cut the chili into strips, do not need to be too thin, it is easy to get juice if it is too thin
5. The meat should be fried first, and the bean paste should be fried with the stir-fried oil to make the meat less greasy and second to make the finished dishes more fragrant
6. I did not add salt, because I think the addition of watercress, tempeh, and oyster sauce is enough
