Farov Cocoa Cakes

Ingredients: 2 eggs, 50 grams of vanilla Faroff marshmallow, 10 grams of cocoa powder, 54 grams of all-purpose flour, 20 grams of corn oil, 36 grams of milk, and a few drops of lemon juice.

Whisk the egg whites into fish-eye puffs, add Farov and beat them all at once.

Beat to dry foaming.

Add the egg yolks and beat for another two minutes.

Whisk the milk and oil evenly, put it in the microwave for ten seconds.

Add cocoa powder.

Add cocoa liquor.

Pour it into a silicone mold with a paper cup, and it's full.

Put it in the oven, on the middle level, and fire up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for about 30 minutes.

Baking is over and out of the oven.
15.
Immediately release from the silicone mold.
Tips:
1. If there is no Farov, you can use the same amount of granulated sugar instead.
2. The amount of cocoa powder can be increased or decreased according to your own taste.
3. The baking time and firepower need to be adjusted according to the actual situation.
