Add instant coffee powder to milk

Stir the milk and coffee powder well and set aside.

Unsalted butter is softened at room temperature.

Add granulated sugar and beat quickly with a blender until it is even and creamy.

Sift the low-gluten flour and baking powder together.

Add the flour to the butter paste and mix it slightly with a rubber spatula.

Add white sesame seeds.

Add coffee milk liquid.

Grab your hands to form a uniform dough.

Put the dough on the plastic wrap, first push the dough into a rectangle with your hands, and then roll it out into a sheet with a length of about 22cm and a width of about 14cm. Refrigerate for about 1 hour until it solidifies.

Cut the dough into long strips about 7 cm long and 1.5 cm wide.

After the oven is preheated, bake at 150°C for about 25 minutes. After the heat is turned off, continue to simmer for 10 minutes at the remaining temperature (set according to the actual temperature of the oven).
