1 The ingredients in the recipe are for two people. According to personal preference, people who like meat can also put some shrimp, louver, beef and so on, hehe
2 I use spicy hot pot base, generally available in supermarkets, the amount is about 1/4 yuan, if you are not afraid of spicy, you can add more
3 Be sure to add the boiling water before adding the hot pot bottom material. I have tried it. If it is dry-fried, it will be easy to stick to the pot, and the spilled oil is easy to get hot.
4 Lettuce, spinach and other leafy vegetables that are easy to cook, quickly stir and cook immediately, otherwise it will be prone to water, and the appearance will not look good.
5 The most important point, don't add salt! Both the bean paste and the hot pot base are salty, so the saltiness is enough
