Fat Sea Sydney Soup
1.
Soak a piece of Fatty Sea, the water can be drunk directly, and the Fatty Sea can be used.
2.
Cut off the top of the pear and save it for a while as a cover.
3.
Chop the fat sea and the pear flesh that have been taken out and pour them into the dug pears, and then add the ginkgo (ginkgo is slightly poisonous and should not eat too much).
4.
Put it in a pot and steam for 10-15 minutes.
5.
After steaming, just drizzle with a spoonful of honey (for children, I don’t want to be too sweet, so I didn’t add rock sugar).
Tips:
Except for the trouble of digging pear meat, the rest is very simple.
