The Laba Garlic Sautéed Sausage, this is my own creation. I originally planned to make an ordinary fried Sautéed Sausage. When I added the ingredients in half of the frying, I remembered the Laba Garlic at home, so I tried boldly and it was successful. Laba garlic can also be used for stewing octopus, roasting tendons and so on, so you must prepare Laba garlic at home. Another version was released before (the first version of Laba Garlic Sautéed Intestines), so this is called the second version. You can refer to the two versions and do it according to your own understanding. The method is relatively simple.

1. I bought smoked fatty sausage (cooked food). If it is raw fatty sausage, it is recommended to clean the fatty sausage and cook for 8 minutes, then cut into small pieces.

3. Pour the oil from the pot and stir fry the pepper and dried chili until fragrant

4. Throw away the peppercorns, put green onions, garlic, and onions, and stir-fry. At first, I didn’t expect Laba garlic at home, so I only thought of putting it when I put the sausage with vinegar.

5. Add the fatty intestines, stir-fry for a while, add salt, sugar, soy sauce, laba garlic vinegar and laba garlic (it’s easy to get the taste, I chopped some laba garlic, some keep it intact and produce good-looking), then add carrots

6. Then add carrots, taste the salty taste, reduce the heat to adjust the taste, and take it out of the pan. If you feel that the fatty intestines are not fully cooked or tasteless, you can also add some water to boil it before serving.

Tips:

1 It’s easier and more convenient to use cooked fat intestines to make this dish. If it is raw fat intestines, it is recommended to clean the fat intestines and cook them for 8 minutes.
2 Put more laba garlic vinegar
3 You can add various side dishes according to your preferences, such as carrots, garlic sprouts, etc.
