Wash the garlic shreds and cut into small pieces.

Carrots, green peas and corn kernels are quick-frozen vegetables bought in the supermarket freezing group, so they need to be blanched in water. (If you are not using this kind of frozen vegetables, just blanch the green beans. I am too lazy to separate them, so all are blanched, but the corn kernels will taste a little watery after blanching)

Put the water in the pot and boil, put the quick-frozen vegetables in the boiling water and blanch them for a while, remove the controlled dry water and set aside. (Green beans are not easy to cook, so you need to blanch them for a while.)

When choosing cabbage leaves, try to choose larger leaves, cut off all the stems, and wrap only the leaves. If you eat with cabbage stems, it is not easy to chew. (You don’t need to be too big for the blade part, it's almost fine. A smaller bag will be more delicate. If the bag is too large, it won’t look good.)

Tips:
1. When choosing cabbage leaves, choose a slightly larger leaf, and cut off all the stems, otherwise it will be difficult to chew when eating.
