Fennel and Egg Soup

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the eggs into the container, add a small amount of salt and mix well; cut the fennel into small pieces for later use.

Put two bowls of water in the pot, add shredded ginger and a small amount of oil to boil.
4.
Add the fennel after the water has boiled.
5.
After boiling again, slowly add the egg liquid and stir with chopsticks.
6.
Bring to a boil again and add some salt to taste.
