Fennel Tortilla

Wash 500 grams of fennel.

Finely chop the fennel and place 2 eggs.

300 grams of cornmeal, 200 grams of soy flour, and 3 grams of baking soda, mix well.

Stir 1/5 of the flour with boiling water (increase viscosity).
