A bowl of high-quality white wine, the good tofu is rolled in the white wine, and then dipped in dried chili noodles, (I added salt and chicken essence to the chili noodles in advance) The salt can be slightly more, and then put it in a clean airtight jar. The longer it is marinated, the better it tastes.
