Fermented Bean Curd and Rock Sugar Trotters

Wash the trotters and chop them into small pieces.

Boil it in boiling water to remove blood.

Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices.

Put oil in the pot, add star anise, cinnamon, and bay leaves, and stir-fry.

Add green onions and ginger and stir fry.
6.
Pour in the trotters and fry until golden.
7.
Add fermented bean curd and rock sugar and stir fry.
8.
Pour in boiling water, bring to a boil on high heat, turn to medium-low heat and simmer for 20 minutes, then collect the juice.
Tips:
1. The fermented bean curd is already very salty, so there is no need to add salt.
