Fermented Rice Balls
1.
Add 100 grams of glutinous rice flour to 80ml of warm water. Remember to use warm water. Stir it into a floc and knead it into a dough that is not soft or hard as shown in the picture above. Let it rest for 20 minutes.
2.
Roll into small balls as much as possible. If you have obsessive-compulsive disorder, you can use a weighing ball per 3 grams, haha, roll on glutinous rice flour to prevent sticking together
3.
After the water is boiled, add the small balls and wait until it floats, then put the fermented rice and the wolfberry that have been soaked in water five minutes in advance
4.
Once boiled, you can pour in the egg liquid, stir quickly and turn off the heat
5.
Pour the homemade osmanthus honey in a bowl to complete the homemade osmanthus honey. I have made it in the afternoon tea episode. If you want to make a homemade fairy, you can turn back to that episode.
6.
The glutinous and chewy small balls bring a longer flavor to the fermented rice, and the sweet-scented osmanthus honey is definitely the first choice for syrup.
