Fermented Rice Cake

Ingredients: 100ml fermented rice, 140ml flour, 2 teaspoons of fine sugar

Pour the flour into a large bowl, add sugar, fermented wine, mix well, put it into a mold, and ferment in a warm place

The dough grows up. Put it in a steamer, steam with cold water, and steam for 15 minutes after boiling, until it is fully cooked out of the pot and demoulded
Tips:
The fermentation time is determined according to the temperature and the amount of fermented wine. When the dough grows to about twice the size, it can be steamed.
If the fermented rice is sweeter, it is not necessary to add sugar.
