Fernance

Melt butter over low heat

Remove from the fire when it turns brown and put it on a small towel soaked in ice water

Beat meringues with sugar until small fish-eye bubbles

Add flour and mix well

Add orange zest and mix well

Scrape in the vanilla seeds and add the charred butter and mix well
7.
Put in a piping bag
8.
Squeeze into mold
9.
Put it in the preheated oven and bake with hot air at 180 degrees for 15 minutes
Tips:
When making Fernance, the butter is first coked, and the degree of coking will affect the overall flavor. So be sure to sit on an ice towel or cold water after the pot is off the fire to avoid excessive coking.
