I started with this mold, and it feels very fun. I made a icing biscuit, and kids will love it.

Ingredients

Ferris Wheel Icing Biscuits

1. Cut the butter into small pieces, soften at room temperature, add xylitol, and beat until white

2. Add the egg yolk and mix well

3. Sift in low-gluten flour, cut and mix evenly

4. Wrap the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to relax

5. Roll the loose dough into a 0.6cm thick sheet

6. Use a mold to extrude the shape of the bracket

7. Use a mold to extrude the shape of the Ferris wheel

8. Use a mold to press out the shape of the base

9. Transfer the biscuits with greased paper to the baking tray

10. The oven is 150 degrees, the middle layer is heated up and down, about 20 minutes.

11. Adjust the frosting to the color you want

12. Just paint the biscuits with the color you want

Tips:

Don’t beat the butter too much, lest the cookies are too crisp
