Fig Jam
1.
Wash the figs, remove the skin, and cut into small pieces. For children's shoes who like delicate taste, you can go to some figs and use a cooking machine to make them into puree.
2.
Add rock sugar and granulated sugar, mix well and marinate, about two to three hours
3.
Pickled figs, the juice has come out
4.
Simmer it over medium and low heat until the color becomes darker and the water evaporates. Add lemon juice to preserve the flavor.
5.
About 20 minutes or so, the pectin has formed, and the pieces I cut are a little big
6.
Let the jam cool slightly and put it in a bottle that has been blanched with hot water in advance and dried. And put it upside down in the refrigerator, it will cut off the air
7.
It feels good to put it on when you eat bread, especially the fig seeds look like strawberry grains in your mouth
Tips:
Be sure to cook it on a medium-to-small heat, and stir it from time to time, otherwise the bottom will be mushy.
