Now is the season of figs.
I bought sweet and sour figs many times this year, but I bought a little more this time, so let’s make a pie.
The pie was filled with yogurt. It was really delicious. I didn’t like to eat pie before, but I think this recipe is very delicious. The sweet and sour taste, coupled with the sweetness of figs, is great and worth it. Give it a try.

Fig Pie

1. Prepare the materials

2. Mix the flour and salt, add the diced butter, the butter does not need to be softened, use a spatula to cut and mix into small particles

3. Add 30ml of water, make it into a dough, put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

4. Beat the eggs with sugar

5. Add whipped cream and yogurt, mix well, and the filling is ready

6. Cut each fig into 8 portions and process them all

7. Refrigerate and harden the full pattern, roll it out

8. Put in the pie mold and roll out the extra part

9. Pierce some holes in the pie, cover with tin foil, put the beans, put in the oven and bake for 15 minutes, remove the tin foil and bake for another 10 minutes

10. Baked pie crust, evenly spread with figs

11. Pour in the yogurt made earlier

12. Put it into the oven again, bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes, the filling will solidify and the surface will be slightly browned

13. The baked pie is sprinkled with powdered sugar to decorate, and it’s more delicious to eat while it’s hot

Tips:

1. It's better to eat while it's hot.
2. The homemade yogurt I use, if you buy it, reduce the sugar.
