Finger Sucking Cumin Pipi Shrimp

Rinse the Pippi shrimp and remove, slice garlic, mince ginger, and prepare fifteen or six peppercorns.

Pour a small amount of oil into the pot, add ginger, peppercorns and half of the garlic slices, and sauté until fragrant.

Turn on medium high heat and add Pippi shrimp.

Cook the cooking wine along the side of the pot.

Cover the pot quickly and simmer for 3 minutes, turning the pot halfway.

Open the lid, add the remaining half of the garlic slices, spoon and mix well, then cover and simmer for 3 minutes.
7.
Open the lid and put in cumin minced (you can add some chili powder if you like spicy food), and put an appropriate amount of salt.
8.
Get out of the pot, get it done.
